Send your scanned documents to us using the form below.

Instructions:

  1. Fill in your name, email, and the office to send the files to.
  2. Click on blue + button and select the files to be uploaded (maximum 5).
    • To upload individual files click Files.
    • To upload an entire folder click Folders.
  3. Review the list of files selected for upload. You can remove any incorrect files by clicking on the X on the row with the file name.
  4. Click Submit.
