Send your scanned documents to us using the form below.
- Fill in your name, email, and the office to send the files to.
- Click on blue + button and select the files to be uploaded (maximum 5).
- To upload individual files click Files.
- To upload an entire folder click Folders.
- Review the list of files selected for upload. You can remove any incorrect files by clicking on the X on the row with the file name.
- Click Submit.
